AviaCourse Completes ICAO SMS Fundamentals Training for Medsky Airways

AviaCourse, has successfully completed a five-day “Fundamentals of ICAO Safety Management Systems (SMS)” training program for Medsky Airways Safety Key Personnel in cooperation with DISC Professional Training Center.

The sessions were led by Dr. Tevfik Uyar, the founder of ENTROPOL, who shared his experience as well as his most recent insights on the practices that are increasingly being implemented in aviation safety management.

The extensive training program included the following topics:

• ICAO Safety Management System Foundations and Safety Culture

• Safety Policy and Hazard Identification

• Risk Assessment and Mitigation

• Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Safety Performance Indicators (SPI)
